Courses and Communities
Knowledge products need their own stack, and a website with a payment button is not one. We run LearnWorlds for coaches, healers, trainers, and expert-led brands selling structured learning. This page states what the platform replaces and what has to exist before it earns its subscription.
The problem this hub solves
Most course businesses start on a stack of three tools that do not speak to each other: a payment link, a video host, and a chat group. Access is granted by hand, refunds are tracked in a notebook, and no completion data exists, and thus the second cohort is priced on feeling.
The second problem is trust. Expert-led and healing brands sell on credibility, and a checkout that looks improvised undoes the credibility the content earned.
The third is retention. A course sold without a community, a schedule, or a completion path is refunded or forgotten, and a forgotten course produces no second purchase.
Who this is for
Coaches, healers, and trainers with a course already delivered at least once to a live cohort.
Expert-led brands selling structured learning rather than one-off consultations.
Anyone currently granting course access by hand after a payment link.
Brands wanting the course, the community, and the checkout on one domain under their own brand.
Who should not buy yet
Anyone who has not taught the material to a live group yet; build the content on a free tool and sell the first cohort by hand.
Businesses whose revenue is one-to-one sessions, where a booking tool serves better than a course platform.
Brands with no email list at all, because a platform does not create demand.
Teams expecting the platform to market the course; distribution stays your job.
The tool we run: LearnWorlds
LearnWorlds is a hosted course and community platform, used where the brand needs the learning experience to sit under its own name rather than inside a marketplace.
LearnWorlds
LearnWorlds covers course hosting, interactive video, assessments, certificates, a community layer, checkout, and a site builder, on the brand’s own domain.
Starter runs at $29 per month, or $24 billed annually, and carries a $5 fee on every course enrollment. Pro Trainer runs at $99 per month, or $79 annually, and removes that fee. Learning Center runs at $299 per month, or $249 annually. Figures as published on 22 Aug 2026.
The upgrade point is arithmetic rather than preference. At about 15 course sales a month the $5 per-enrollment fee on Starter already exceeds the cost of moving to Pro Trainer, and thus a seller with real volume loses money by staying on the cheaper plan.
What it replaces: a payment link, a video host, a chat group, and the manual work of granting and revoking access. What it adds: completion data, which is the number that tells you whether the next cohort should be priced higher. Where it does not fit: a single downloadable PDF or a one-off webinar, where the subscription costs more than the product earns.
How we run it in delivery
01
Cohort before platform
The first cohort runs on whatever is already available, because the platform is chosen against a syllabus that survived contact with students.
02
Structure the syllabus
Modules, lessons, and assessments are mapped before any upload, so the platform is configured once rather than rebuilt mid-launch.
03
Checkout and trust
Pricing, refund terms, and the instructor record go on the sales page in plain terms. Trust-led categories convert on credibility rather than on urgency timers.
04
Community and schedule
A community with a fixed schedule keeps completion rates up, and completion is what produces the second purchase.
05
Measure completion
Completion and drop-off points are read after each cohort, and the syllabus changes at the point where students stop rather than at the point the instructor prefers.
